Highlights of my Cabin FM show on Tuesday 1 October 2024 including an interview with country band the Smokin’ Mavericks as they celebrated their 10th anniversary with a concert at the Herne Centre, and a spectacular poem written especially for the show from Susan Norvill called ‘Larry and Chris Deacy’. There were also 80s belters from Boy George, Fleetwood Mac and Rod Stewart, plus music ranging from Jim Reeves to Taylor Swift, and reviews of ‘Speak No Evil’, ‘The Critic’ and ‘Kinds of Kindness’.
